Bio: "I do this for all the people who believe in me, the people of Sierra Leone and the rest of the people in the world without a voice" Sierra Leone never saw this coming... The birth or a Musical All-Star! From Songwriting to, Production to the style of his vocals. (Includes Rap, Reggae, R&B) SK Salone is becoming what is known to be one of the most lyrical and versatile Sierra Leonean Musicians to date. With undisputable songs like "What A stare Can do" on the "Guardian Angel Riddim" to "Song about Sonya" on the "Doctor Bird Riddim" SK Salone's musical resume is full of hit songs. "This Sierra Leone youth will definetly be around for a while." SK Salone was born in Freetown, Sierra Leone (Located in West Africa). SK Salone came to the USA in the 80's with his family as a youth. It was there in the USA that he began to nurture his skills as a musician/ producer. His musical influences range from the reggae greats to the ones that were never recognized as being great but were. Over the years SK Salone grew rapidly as musician and also as a business man, linking up with other artist and a few friends to start the first "Artist Union like organization" to come out of Sierra Leone called Unity Sound Ent. He also runs his own production company, "We Dey Yah/SK Productions". Through these companies SK Salone has had the opportunity to work with an array of international artist and also gain more insight on how the industry works.
