FAQ

If your Audio files have received significant plays on itembo.com and your are not listed on the Charts then it's because ;

1. You have signed up for an account that cannot be Charted.

2. You have not uploaded an Audio image (Artwork).

3. You have not received significant streams to feature on our charts.

The Audio Charts on itembo.com. com are genegated based on the total streams of a particular Audio file, in other words Song that top our Charts have generated plays over a period of time. Tip. To generate streams share your audio page on other social media and blogs , or subscribe to a paid Account.

Step 1. Log in to your account and go to your Profile Home Page.

Step 2.  Click on the Plus Sign   to add a single Audio file or the Asterisk Sign  to add a whole Album. 

Step 3. Input the Audio Data (Title, Produced by, Featuring ETC)and add the Audio file and Cover image.

Step 4. Click on Create at the bottom of the page.

Step 5. Wait for Audio to be uploaded and ur done. : )

Tip: Audio files can only be added by Artist, Djs, and  Producers.

You can link your itembo account to other social media accounts. 

Step 1. Login to your account and go to Account Settings  then click on the Network Tab.

Step 2. Choose your prefered social network and link your account. 

Tip: All your itembo activities will be posted to the social media account that are linked. 

If you have created an account and you would like to change your Account Type go to ACCOUNT SETTINGS > SUBSCRIPTIONS TAB and chose your desired Account Type.

Note: Some account types attract a monthly subscription fee.
