Samuel Anozie aka Simple Sam is anafro contemporary r&b artiste who hails from Imo  state,eastern Nigeria.He was born in the early 80ies in zaria,a town in  Kaduna  state.Simple sam who's the last from a family of seven,started singing from chilhod in he's elementary days and has continued ever since.
 he also has lived in jos,owerri,lagos and is presently residing in Abuja  fct where he's doing most of he's recordings.he has worked with alot of producers including Mekoyo for years and that has given him a good studio experience as well as giving him extra abilities such as being a sound engr. working on he's first album called "Mash up the eyeland",he has dropped he's first single tittled
 "biakene"(come closer)which is drawing quite a good attention.
 He listens and atimes draws inspiration from a wide range
 of artistes including 2face,ldee,lauryn hill,brandy,t-pain,dream,etc
