Finding out who the NAWTI girl from the video everyone is asking about lead us to this sexy, self-proclaimed socialite, who claims she runs Los Angeles. Don’t let that surprise you though, because Natalie Nunn’s has a fiercely competitive side to her. Her biography wouldn't be complete without including the actresses' love for competition. Growing up, her competitive side sparked a natural talent for athletics. Her success with sports almost matches her success in the reality television world.

[color=orange]Nunn’s senior year on high school, she was awarded the title of most valuable offensive player at Aragorn High School in San Mateo, California; she also played club soccer for the De Anza Force the year they won the 2003 state championship and for the University of Southern California all four years of college. Nunn's athletic biography doesn't stop there though, she ran track in high school too, and competed in the 2002 Junior Olympics.

Off the field, Nunn is just as competitive. Her biography includes a degree from USC, where she double majored in sociology and communications, before returning home to Pleasanton, California to open a boutique. When asked about how she landed a role on the reality television series, she admits, "I hadn't seen the first few seasons but heard about the show. I sent a tape, and they had me come down for interviews. I went through the process but didn't give up. I was honest when I auditioned — it was just me.”

[color=orange]Nunn says filming the season 4 series of “The Bad Girls Club” was unforgettable. "It's entertainment,” she says. “It is my life, but at the same time it's an experience. People will love or hate you, and it's like the country we live in — freedom of speech. I have no regrets. It was a great learning experience."

Irving Plaza comes alive on Sunday, February 19, 2012 as head of the Mo’hit clan; D’banjand members of his crew plan an A-list performance to the grand taste of live and rich Nigerian pop music. The concert put together by Live Nation in collaboration with Mo’Hits, is powered by US loudspeaker company Klipsch and is sponsored by Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB), MTN and Arik Air.

[color=orange]The February 19 gig will mark D’banj’s first major performance in the big apple. Back in August 2011, the Mo’Hits treated their fans in the UK to a concert which had a surprise guest performance from Kanye West and last December, the crew staged the annual Koko concert in Lagos also featuring performances from the Mo’Hits All Stars as well as Tiwa Savage, eLDee, Wizkid and Davido.

The 2011BET Award winner recently shot the video for his hit single ‘Oliver’ which features a host of US celebs; and just this week, the label released the video for the ‘Entertainer’ track of his last album.

The Live Nation tour, we’re told, is an important step for the ambitious act, as he works further to break into the mainstream international music scene and plant his feet firmly on the soil of international show business.

John Asiemo, popularly known as Daddy Showkey was attacked again on Tuesday by suspected assassins. The unfortunate incident took place near a petrol station on Agidinbgbi Road, Lagos, Nigeria. PM news has reported that Daddy Showkey has been attacked by people suspected to be hired assassins. Barely a year now, gunmen stormed his Alagbole home killing one of his aides. Narrating his ordeal to P.M.NEWS, the Ajegunle Soldier said he was on his way to the petrol station when he noticed that two men on a motorcycle were riding behind him.

[color=orange] “On getting to the petrol station, I joined the queue to buy some fuel, and suddenly a young man appeared beside me and informed me that my vehicle (a Toyota Landrover LR3), had a flat tyre. Though I suspected foul play, I decided to come down and fulfill all righteousness.
“But immediately I got down from the vehicle one of the men said, sewo niyen, meaning: ‘you are the one’, and shot at me twice.

Showkey added: “When the shots missed me, I engaged him in a fight and his partner came to his aid and opened fire on me again, which also did not hit me.

[color=orange]“They later managed to escape. While I was being attacked, motorists who were at the station to buy fuel all fled when they heard the gunshots,” the musician stated.

He later reported the incident at Alausa Police Station. He suspected that the two men who had trailed him on the motorcycle actually carried out the attack.

The Ajegunle Soldier told P.M.NEWS that he was surprised that some people would want him dead. “I’m not involved in any shady business, I am a musician and I do other businesses outside Nigeria. I know say God dey,” he said.

Christian Doherty aka Christian has signed a contract with telecommunication giants, Glo, as its new Glo ambassador. Christian is the latest winner of season 3 TV music show, Glo Naija Sings; this is in fulfillment of the promises made by the giant company that the winner of the show will go home with a prize money of 100,000 USD, a Toyota RAV 4, Glo ambassadorship and a recording contract.

[color=orange]To fulfill their promise Globacom’s management at a brief ceremony held recently at the Victoria Island headquarters, presented Christian with his prize car, a brand new Toyota RAV 4.

Speaking at the occasion, Globacom’s Head of Corporate Sales, Kamal Shonibare, said that Globacom was delighted that a lot of talented youths took part in the show which saw Christian as the eventual winner. He said Glo will continue to give abundant opportunities to youths to showcase their talents through the Glo Naija Sings platform and urged Christian to make good use of the opportunities ahead of him to further develop his talent and music career.

[color=orange]Christian on his part expressed gratitude to Glo and MNET Africa for giving him and other contestants the opportunity to showcase their talents. He said the experience and exposure he had from the show has not only made his dream come true but had put him on the path to succeed as a professional.

Due to the ongoing crises in the country, Nigeria's highlife king, Flavour released this comforting song to sooth the pains of Nigerians. In the past few days a large number of artists have joined the protest against the removal of fuel subsidy. The early protesters included Jesse Jagz, Seun Kuti and Banky W, who all came out to voice out their plights. Others who joined later included Olu maintain, Eedris Abdulkarem, Tiwa Savage, Omawunmi, Waje, Pasuma, Zeez, Femi Kuti, Eldee amongst others. It has also been rumored that they are using these as an opportunity to do PR. Whatever the case may be, a strong voice is always needed to hear a cry.

[color=orange]Femi Kuti had this to say: "When my father started this struggle, I was 13. I will be 50 in six months’ time. My son is 16, we still have no electricity, no healthcare. People are poor. People are dying because of N10, 000 in this country."- [color=orange]Femi Kuti

[color=orange]Similarly Eedris poured out his heart saying: “the man wey say i dey craze because i sing Nigeria jaga jaga where him dey now inside this hardship. Na 2002 I sing Nigeria JagaJaga, na 2012 we dey so o”, Eedris lamented to the mammoth crowd.

The rapper who has six albums credited to his career had released ‘Jaga jaga’, a single which described the country’s down-state back in 2002. Obasanjo supposedly replied him derogatorily.
Eedris disclosed that he was also approached to campaign for the current president but he said ‘no’. ‘They called me too but I turned them down, D’banj can’t be here because he knows he has disappointed the people’, Eedris said.
